From the moment I was introduced to Mrs. Rampe, she has been someone I loved. She has known my husband Bill since he was 10 years old. The wonderful stories she told me gave both of us great pleasure.
Vinny & Chris you are in my thoughts & prayers.
Much love to all.

I'm so glad I got to visit with El only a month ago, and so sad that I won't be able to get there for the services. I have to speak in Washington DC on a panel on Wed morning, will be thinking of you the whole time, with thoughts/prayers for peace at this time.

Dear family of Eleanor, In 1991, the year we were both widowed, a friend introduced me to Eleanor. El literally saved my life. She has been a wonderful friend. Eleanor will be missed by so many. South River is grieving - not for Eleanor - but for ourselves because we have lost our most important citizen. We will always remember how she made us laugh, gave of herself to all, and kept us mindful of what it means to be a friend. In our mind and hearts, the flag is a half mast at South River.

I will always think of Eleanor's sense of humor and kindness. When we were kids from the neighborhood, her home was always open to us and a fun place to go! Love to all the Rampes and family.
