Rob and I attended law school together and I remember Rob was always smiling and laughing, as if he hadn't a worry in the world. He was a good friend and classmate to all who knew him, and he will be missed. My condolences and prayers are with Rob's family.

I am so very sorry to hear about Rob's passing. My condoIences to his entire family, especially his mother, wife, children, and grandchildren. I was thinking of Rob just a short while ago. He was such a great guy, and had a wonderful personality. Rob and I attended law school together, and I was fortunate that he chose me to be his partner for Senior Prize Trials. We made it to the finals of the competition mainly because of his dedication and abilities. In the midst of all the stress with law school I can still remember his infectious laugh. How appropriate is the photo chosen for this post.
May the memories of your time spent with Rob carry you through this difficult time. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Dear Heather, Diana, and the rest of Rob's family and friends,
We are so very shocked and sorry to hear of Rob's passing. We have so many fond memories of his time with us at Rabbit Hill Inn. He was one memorable bartender; and no one did a Kramer impression better than he! Some thought we were brothers; others thought he was my son (even though he's just a few years younger). But all who met him were immediately put at ease as he had a unique way of allowing folks to let their guard down. We can only imagine that when he moved on to his legal career, he used those same people skills to lighten what could only be very tense situations. We'll always have our fond memories and we also know just how proud you are of the man that he was. God's blessings to you all in this most difficult time.
In sympathy,
Brian & Leslie Mulcahy

So sorry to hear about Robert, or Robbie as I remember him. I always think of him as a great kid and one of my favorite athletes to coach ever. I still remember Robbie knocking down a long shot at the buzzer to beat LI. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
Dave Chamberlin (long time Danville School coach)

I was just sharing a memory of Rob with my high school classmates last month.
Rob and I performed together in the Danville High School Gym Show together. The two of us came up with our own act.
He was fearless. He was funny. He was a good friend.
I spent hours at Rob's house playing sports with him and his Brother's.
I hold him in my heart and his family in my prayers.
Much love to you all.

My deepest sympathy to all the Zangla family. He was much too vibrant a person and much too young. As a student he was a delight! Diana, Jeff, Mark, and Chris, my sincere condolences.
