Our prayers are with Frank’s family for a friend, grandfather, father and husband taken too soon. Frank was always quick with a smile or a joke, but willing to be serious and helpful in matters of faith or anything he could help with. The one photo I have of Frank, is of him after working 16 hours trying to help his neighbors and coworkers get power restored. He is tired, hair a mess, but a big smile and a laugh after we give him a hard time. The Pralls.
