Glenn was such a friendly and happy person. Every time I saw him he always had a smile on his face. You will be missed. I remember the first time I met him it was like 8 years ago when I was having problems with the IRS and he went through my past papers from the IRS, well after that he always knew me as "the one with the thickest file of papers". Every year after that he always knew me by my name. Some times when you see someone only once a year you ususally don't remember the persons name, but he did.
