Cathryn S. Baker of Livingston Manor, the former owner of the Lake Rest Hotel, died Thursday, June 28, 2018 in Harris at the age of 99.
The daughter of the late Thomas J. Smith and Margaret Westfall Smith, she was born February 5, 1919 in Livingston Manor. She was the widow of Edward J. Baker.
She is survived by her three children: Guy Baker, Sheila Frankel and Audrey Baker; a daughter-in-law: Linda Smith; and a grandpup: Max, all of Liberty.
Private interment of her ashes will be held at the Sullivan County Veterans Cemetery in Liberty.
