I knew Arthur only from his work as a physical therapist at ORMC. He helped me when I injured my hand at work and he was the kindest yet very effective person . He was always professional but a very warm and caring man. He really helped me through a tough time. I was a Kindergarten teacher and needed to be able to have use of both hands. He worked me hard but the work paid off. I owe the use of my hand today to Arthur. Rest in peace kind and gentle man.
