Estelle Barbara Olsen died Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at her home in Rock Hill surrounded by her family. She was 78.
The daughter of the late Forrest Edwin Owen Sr. and Lavina Harriet Chase Owen, she was born November 9, 1938 in Beecher Lake, NY. She had many interests including, baking, catering and masonry; and had a love for wildlife, horses and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband: Ronald, at home; a daughter: Barbara Olsen of Rock Hill; a son: David Olsen (Rachel Kashan) of Rock Hill; three grandchildren: Heather (Chris) Bates, Nicholas Bunt and Kendall Youngs; a great grandson: Jaxon; a sister: Gertrude Blackburn of Rock Hill; and several nieces and nephews.
Her memorial service will be held on Monday, December 5 at 6:00pm at the Rock Hill Church of the Nazarene, 210 Katrina Falls Road in Rock Hill with Rev. Roy Shaffer officiating.
