Obituary of Queen Ester Webster

Queen Ester "Judy" Webster, a former employee of the Sullivan County Head Start Inc., went home to be with the Lord on Sunday November 6, 2016 at Middletown Park Manor in Middletown, NY. She was 65. The daughter of the late Inez Wallace. She was born February 19, 1951 in Orangeburg, South Carolina. She was predeceased by her mother Inez Wallace; and husband Terri Webster. Judy loved life. She brought much joy and happiness into her family and friends lives. She loved to do hair and received a license in Cosmetology while attending Sullivan County Community College. She was also a superb cook and delighted her friends and family with her talents in the kitchen. She was employed at the Sullivan County Head Start Inc. in Monticello, NY as well at Sullivan ARC in Monticello, NY. Judy was a beautiful and loving person who stole the hearts of all she had the opportunity to meet. Judy will be deeply missed by all. Judy is survived by her children Raheim Strong (Denice) and Bruce Wallace, both of Monticello. She also leaves behind six sisters; her twin sister Queen Elizabeth "Ann" Jones, Willie Mae Wallace both of Monticello, Mary Ann Wallace of Woodridge, Lois Bannerman of North Carolina, Anna Gray (Otez) of Pennsylvania, Beatrice Wallace of Albany and Lenora Seabrook of Schenectady; and five brothers Howard Seabrook of Texas, Charles Gray and Steven Wallace both of Monticello, Stanley (Kay) Gray of Newburgh, and Daniel Gray of Illinois; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. We loved her much, but god loved her best; He whispered in her ear come home Judy and take your rest. Visitation will be held on Friday November 11, 2016 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Her funeral service will follow from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the VanInwegen Kenny Funeral Home, 401 Broadway in Monticello. Burial will follow at the Rock Ridge Cemetery in Monticello. Arrangements are under the direction of the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc.
