Rest in peace Joann with Gordon and Rosalie and Pat Frasca. You will always be remembered for your unselfish contributions to those in need and your tireless work with those less fortunate.
Thank you for being such a wonderful friend to our aunt Rosalie and to all of us.

What a wonderful lady. The kindest neighbor and undoubtedly the most helpful. Through the years, with and without Gordon, her presence was an asset to all on Highview Terrace, and the greater Middletown/Mamakating area. It's comforting to know that the amazing duo is together again! We will always remember you with the greatest affection.

We met Joann when we became her neighbor on Highview Terrace in 2004. She was literally a savior to two city folks who had no idea what country living was about. To say that Joann was an immense help to us in adjusting to weekend life in Bloomingburg would be an understatement. She was not only generous of her time, but looked after our house when we were absent, accepted deliveries for us, recommended plumbers, electricians, roofers etc. and even allowed us to place our trash in her bins. Joann was a pillar of the community and is irreplaceable. Her activities are well documented in her obituary and there was no local organization or fund raising activity that she did not participate in with boundless energy and this despite the fact that she was beset with various ailments.
Joann, we will never forget you and will always miss you, your smile and good cheer. Life on Highview Terrace will never be the same without you. May you rest in eternal peace. Our loss is the Almighty's gain.

Joann was a great lady and a true Christian! She gave of herself to help whomever she met.
She donated her time and money to the 1st Way Life Center in Monticello.
She is in a very high place in heaven.
God bless you Joann.
