Ann Therese Fasce of Smallwood, entered into rest on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris. She was 74.
The daughter of the late John Twomey and Ada "Louise" Brace Twomey, of Barbados, she was born December 29, 1941, she was originally from Teaneck, NJ.
A long term resident of Smallwood, New York, that graduated from St. Cecelia's in Englewood, New Jersey, Ann earned her Bachelors and Masters from SUNY Empire. She finished out her career as a director of Sullivan County Alcohol & Drug Abuse Services
Survivors include her children: Frank and his wife Rose of Taipei, Taiwan, Debi of Smallwood, New York and Johnny of West Palm Beach, Florida; her grandchildren: "The Eldest" Caroline, Taylor, Jessika, Dion, Jonae and Tavé; and great grandchild "Baby Gray".
Family & friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, September 28 from 7-9pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 401 Broadway in Monticello. A prayer service will be held at approximately 8:30pm.
