Obituary of Dorothy N. Henry

Dorothy Nan "Dottie" Henry of Rock Hill died Friday, January 8, 2016 at the Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown. She was 76. The daughter of the late Robert E. Greenwell and Madeline Hutt Greenwell, she was born March 15, 1939 in Middletown. She was the widow of James D. "Don" Henry, a great man and loving husband. Dottie was a life-long resident of the Wanaksink Lake community. She loved the beauty of the lake and enjoyed the love and support of family and many friends. Her strength and perseverance were an inspiration to all who knew her. She is survived by a son: Jim Henry of Rock Hill; two daughters: Kathy Henry & her husband Mike Evans of Rock Hill, and Patty Henry of Silverthorne, CO; a sister: Midge Greenwell of Rock Hill; and niece Barbara Mancroni & her husband Wayne of Rock Hill, and nephew Bob Westerman & his wife Christine of Rock Hill. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by her sister Sue Westerman. A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, January 11 from 4-7pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc.
