Obituary of Gay Payne

Gay Payne of Wurtsboro, a retired x-ray technician at Bon Secours Hospital in Port Jervis, died Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at the Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown. She was 69. The daughter of the late Edward Thomas Joerges and Dorothy Harriett Blum Joerges, she was born November 20, 1945 in Sarasota, FL. She was the widow of Robert W. Payne who predeceased her on October 6, 2011. She is survived by a daughter: Holly Veneziano & her husband Carl of Swan Lake; two grandchildren: Dain Eskew and Britney Veneziano. Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday, August 21 from 2-4 & 6-8pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 111 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro. Additional visitation will be held on Saturday, August 22 from 11am-12pm at the Cozzarelli Memorial Home, 276 Washington Avenue, Belleville, NJ. Her funeral Service will start at 12:00 noon on Saturday. Burial will follow at the Crest Haven Memorial Park in Clifton, NJ. Arrangements are under the direction of the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc.
