Patricia Washington-Jackson, a retired banker with Chase Bank in Monticello, died Wednesday, August 5, 2015, peacefully at her home in Mongaup Valley. She was 66. The daughter of the late George S. Gregory and Mildred E. Richardson Gregory, she was born April 19, 1949 in Monticello. Patti was a longtime member of the Monticello Fire Dept. Auxiliary. Patti is survived by her husband: Lester C. "Tiddles" Jackson, at home; her three children: Vincent (Katherine) of Raleigh, NC, Kathleen (Rick) of Monticello, and Blake (Jennifer) of Albany; her stepchildren: Andrea (Bob) and Randy (Sandy), both from Colorado; two granddaughters: Erin Mairead and Catherine Jayne; her brother George "Butch" (Joan) of Monticello; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. She was predeceased by her first husband John E. Washington in 2006. Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, August 8 from 12-2pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 401 Broadway in Monticello. Her funeral service will be held at 2pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties. Arrangements are under the direction of the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home of Monticello.
