Earl Morris December 12, 1932 - July 28, 2015 Monticello, NY Earl Morris, a retired retired carpenter for Local 297, and lifelong resident of the area, died Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at his home in Monticello.. He was 82. The son of the late Charles and Lena Lybolt Morris, he was born December 12, 1932 in Mountaindale. Earl proudly served his country during the Korean War, in the Marines. He received Korean Service Medal. He is survived by his wife of 55 years: Johanna Cocot Morris at home: two sons: Guy and Ricky; and a daughter Debbie Muller; five sisters: Theresa, Carol, Arlene, Cathy, and Lena: two brothers: Harry and Leon; seven grandchildren: Laureen, Joseph, Scott, Frank, Gary, Carrie and Daniel; three great grandchildren: Stephanie, Stacey and Cheylyn; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers: Charles, Jr., Eddie, Lenny and Carl; and three sisters: Isabell, Ruth and Alice. Funeral service will be private at the convenience of the family.
