Richard grew up in Kew Gardens, Queens and attended PS 90. Richard was an avid guitar player and liked playing basketball. Richard loved music most of all and had a deep knowledge of rock and roll and New Wave music Richard's parents were Harriet and David, and had an older brother, Paul. Harriet was from Detroit. My mother was friends with her, she was a very nice lady, and so were is dad and brother. I have photos of Richard when we were very little. Richard was a nice guy, I had not had any real contact with him since were in our early 20's. My condolences on his passing.
