Gloria Gladys Clark Lawrence of Monticello, a freelance writer in the area, died Friday, December 12, 2014 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris. She was 66.
The daughter of the late George Clark and Nelly Falkenstein Slagus, she was born December 14, 1947 in Stuttgart, Germany.
She is survived by her husband: Steven Lawrence, at home; a son: Christopher Clark & his wife Massieo of Rock Hill; a grandson: Joseph; and a stepdaughter: Rashonda Walker of Georgia.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19 at 2pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 401 Broadway in Monticello with Rev. James Matthews officiating.
