Andreana Herman of Mountaindale, NY and formerly of Rockland County, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side Monday, February 4, 2013. She was 90.
The daughter of the late Angelo Guglielmo & Immacolata Guglielmo Ferrara she was born September 14, 1922 in Brooklyn, NY.
Andreana moved to Mountaindale to live with her daughter Christine and son-in-law Brian Rogers in 2005.
She is also survived by her son: Robert Herman and his wife, Christina of Middletown; her two grandson's: Paul C. Petersen & Eric Petersen; her granddaughter, Renee; her great granddaughter, Emily; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 111 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 10:00am at St. Joseph's Church, 180 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro with Fr. Peter Madori officiating. Burial will follow at St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery, 36 West Nyack Road, Nanuet, NY 10954.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Edmund who passed in 1991.
