James Hyde, a former employee of the Indian Point Nuclear Plant, died Saturday, January 12, 2013 at his home in Wurtsboro. He was 49.
The son of Walter Hyde and Patricia Bautz Hyde, he was born February 7, 1963 in the Bronx, NY.
He is survived by his companion: Hazel Moshier, at home; his mother: Patricia Hyde of Venice, FL; his father: Walter Hyde & his wife Mary of Lakewood, NJ; his siblings: Theresa Baron of Apollo Beach, FL, Walter (Janine) Hyde of Salisbury Mills, John (Mary) Hyde of New Windsor, Kathleen Hyde of Rock Tavern, Thomas (Lora) Hyde of Salisbury Mills, and Irene Hyde of Walden; twelve nieces and nephews; his best friend: Anthony Coviello; and his cat Buddah.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, January 19 from 1-3pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 111 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro. A prayer service will be held at some time during the visitation.
