Obituary of Robert H. Vandermark

Robert H. Vandermark 63, of Port Saint Lucie, FL passed away February 27, 2011 at Treasure Coast Hospice. He was born January 9, 1948 in Middletown, New York. Robert moved to Port Saint Lucie from Monticello, NY in 1990. He was employed by Publix as a meat cutter. Survivors include his mother: Mildred Doolittle Vandermark of Monticello; his wife of 41 years Pamela; daughter, Barbara Ledford of Port Saint Lucie; son, Edward Vandermark of San Antonio, TX; granddaughter, Shandi of Port Saint Lucie; brothers, James of Katy, TX, Thomas of Monticello, NY, and Timothy of Port Saint Lucie, FL; sister, Judith Saunders of Monticello, NY. Robert was predeceased by his father: James Vandermark; and a brother: Ronald. Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, March 3 at the VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home, 388 Broadway, Monticello. His funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 4 at the funeral home, with Rev. Jay Wallace officiating. Burial will follow at the Rock Ridge Cemetery in Monticello.
