William Procak Jr., a mechanic and lifelong resident of the area, died Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at his home in Monticello. He was 53.
The son of Edna Lindsey Procak and the late William Procak Sr., he was born February 23, 1957 in Warwick.
Billy loved being outside in the sun. Known to tinker a lot, there wasn't a motor he couldn't fix.
He is survived by his mother: Edna of Maryville, TN; three sons: Kevin of York, PA, Shawn of Saugerties, and Cody of York, PA; two daughters: Tanya of Liberty and Tara of Monticello; two grandsons: Xavier and Logan; a brother: Kenny Procak of Maybrook; three sisters: Debbie Kleiner & her husband Victor of Westbrookville, Melissa Procak of New Windsor and Maryann Cathcart of Watertown, CT; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
