Louis Anthony Giglio, a self employed painter and longtime resident of the area, died Monday, January 3, 2010 at his home in Woodridge. He was 56.
The son of the late John Giglio and Marie Sabitino Giglio, he was born March 27, 1954 in Brooklyn.
He is survived by a son: Thomas Giglio; two daughters: Jeanine Giglio and Michele Giglio, all of Brooklyn; two brothers: James Giglio of Rock Hill and John Giglio of Binghamton; a sister: Roseann Walter of Woodridge; the mother of his children: Anastasia; nieces and nephews: Gina, John, Rose, Maria, James, Gianna and Juliette.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother: Joseph.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 5 from 5-8pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 111 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro. His funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 6 at 11:00am at St. Joseph's Church, 180 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association.
