Obituary of William A. Walsh

William Allen Walsh, "Billy", an automobile mechanic and lifelong resident of the area, died unexpectedly on Friday, September 24, 2010. He was 31.
The son of Wendy Damms and the late Alfred Gibbs, he was born August 15, 1979 in Harris.
Billy is survived by his mother: Wendy Damms & her companion Greg Myers of Grahamsville; a son: Jessie Walsh; a daughter: Seira Walsh; two brothers: Greg Myers of Harris and Michael Walsh of Liberty; maternal grandparents: Harold and Lenora Damms of Summitville; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 27 from 5-7pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 111 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro. His funeral service will be held on Monday evening at 7:00pm at the funeral home with Rev. William Haggerty officitating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made to the family would be appreciated.
