Obituary of William Fair, Jr.
William Fair, Jr. better known as “Billy” of Monticello passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 29th, 2024 at Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility in Liberty. He was 72.
The son of the late William Fair, Sr. and Rosemarie Piscionere Fair, he was born on May 7th,1952 in Staten Island.
Billy worked various jobs as a salesclerk in local businesses.
He is survived by his three brothers: Robert and his wife Christine of Monticello, NY, Russell (Toni) Fair of New Jersey, and Mark Fair (Karen) of Staten Island; a nephew; great nephews, nieces great nieces and and several cousins and friends; two Aunts: Catherine Massa and Edie (Anthony); Silletto and Uncle: Dominick Piscionere (Jean Rose);. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his Uncle Anthony and Aunt Carolyn Burino.
In honor of Billy’s passing, a graveside service will be held for family and friends at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Staten Island, NY in the near future.
