My deepest condolences to the members of Lubnewski family. The passing of Eleanor is a profound loss to St. Peter's and the Smallwood Community. Eleanor was such a devoted member of the parish. Eleanor's weekly attendance at the 5:15 p.m. Mass on Saturdays. She was a permanent fixture, sitting in 'her' chair. Her ministry became her passion, assisting the late Sandy Kenny in the Religious Education Program. I enjoyed knowing Eleanor as an active parishioner. We shared the same philosophy and always ended our correspondences with "You better believe it." May her rest be blessed. Fr. Tim Wiggins, Former Parochial Vicar
A Mass will be offered for the repose of her soul at The Magdalene, Pocantico Hills on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, @ 8 am.
