Obituary of Patricia A. Constantino
Patricia A. Constantino of Wurtsboro, a former nursery school teacher for the Monroe Presbyterian Church, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Park Manor in Middletown. She was 89.
The daughter of the late Francis Jackson and Ann Dietz Jackson, she was born August 4, 1932 in the Bronx. She was the widow of Samuel J. Constantino who predeceased her on December 7, 2017.
She is survived by three daughters: Susan Horton of Wurtsboro, Beth Constantino of Fredericksburg, VA, and Joan Pray and her husband Al of Longmont, CO; four grandchildren: Jaclyn Jennex and her husband Brad, Eric Horton and his wife Nikki, Katey Harvey and her husband Patrick, and Emma Pray; seven great grandchildren: Lucas, Sophia, Natalie, Alexandra, Mia, Samuel and Jordyn; a brother: William Jackson of Somers; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a brother Robert Jackson; and a son-in-law: John C. Horton.
Interment of her ashes at the Sylvan Cemetery in Wurtsboro will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
