Susan, Adam, Adina (and families) - To say that your mom was a fixture in so many lives is as clear as her being a fixture up at Wanaksink. We so loved seeing her each summer, as well as at various family celebrations and events during the rest of the year. Her humor, her stories, and her love of dogs are what we remember the most. That and the fact that she took the time to get to know each of us as individuals and show an interest in our lives. Jeff still comments that even if no one else remembered, he could count on a phone call from Jane for his birthday each and every year. The same for our anniversary and for the holidays. The art of actually writing a letter/card seems to have disappeared for some, but not for Jane, and we loved getting them. We look forward to celebrating her life with you up at the lake, but in the meantime hope that during this sad time you find comfort in all of the wonderful memories. Our hearts are with you.
