Obituary of Geraldine C. Woloshin
Geraldine C. Woloshin of Monticello passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at Garnet Health Medical Center Catskills in Harris. She was 69.
The daughter of Robert Avery and Virginia Freeman, she was born September 29, 1952 in Monticello, NY.
She was the strongest, kindest and most generous person we knew. She was a great mother; not just to us, but to everyone who was lucky enough to know and love her. She was a devoted grandmother to her 6 grandkids and would have done anything in the world for them. Her love and her laughter will be greatly missed, but we know she is at peace now and soaring the skies with her daughter Becky and her brother Bobby.
She is survived by her children: John Sherota of Monticello, NY, Robert “Bobby” Woloshin of San Diego, CA and Leighann Woloshin of Lanoka Harbor, New Jersey, her Daughter-in-law Jennifer Sherota, her Son-in-law Gregory Decker, her grandchildren: Justin Sherota, Taylor Sherota, Emily Decker, Erin Decker, Braedon Decker and Chase Decker, her Sister-in-law Beth Avery, her Niece Laurie Moeykens and nephew Dylan Avery.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Rebecca Decker and her brother Robert Avery.
