Obituary of Patricia A. Garrett
Patricia Ann Garrett formerly of Wurtsboro, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Jupiter Pavilion Care Center in Jupiter, FL. She was 86.
The daughter of the late Margaret O’Shea and Hugh Garrett, she was born March 16, 1935 in Manhattan, NY.
Patricia was a retired Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceutical human resource manager. She was a true foodie and gourmet cook who enjoyed traveling. She enjoyed playing tennis and golf as well as listening to big band music. She was devoted to her family whom she loved as well as many dear friends. Patricia was a devote Catholic and was extremely dedicated to her Catholic faith.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews; Dana Faron, Peggy De Graw, Tracey Reynolds, Keith Garrett and Matthew Garrett, as well as her great nieces, great nephews, their children and a sister-
In- law, Joyce Garrett.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 29 from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home, 111 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 30th at 10:00am at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Wurtsboro, NY. Church, Burial will follow at the St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
