Obituary of Dennis A. Bickham

Dennis A. Bickham was born on September 1, 1962, to the late Clifford Bickham, Sr. and Ruth Walker Bickham, in Monticello, NY.   On Tuesday, October 19, 2021, no one would have ever imagined that the roll would be called and Dennis’s name would be chosen.  He departed this life at 59 years old.

Dennis was educated in the Monticello School District. 

Dennis loved the outdoors and was employed at a landscaping company in Port Jervis, NY.   Even after a long day at work, you could often find him out landscaping his mother’s and the neighbor’s properties.  Dennis also loved to cook, watch sports, drink his drinks, and more than anything, he just loved to laugh and have a good time!

Dennis was predeceased by his father, Clifford Bickham, Sr.; his brother, Charlie Bickham; maternal grandparents, Joseph Walker, Sr. and Estella Hooks Walker; and paternal grandparents, William Bickham and Myrtle Finn Bickham Ankrum.

Dennis leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Ruth Bickham, at home; eight brothers—Clifford Bickham, Jr. and John (Samantha) Bickham, of Monticello, NY; Willis (Yvette) Bickham and Irwin Bickham, of Rochester, NY; Glen (Rose) Bickham of Severn, MD; Ralph Bickham and Aaron Bickham, of Glen Burnie, Maryland; and Chris Bickham (Trina) of Loch Sheldrake, NY; two sisters—Angenette Bickham and Vera Bickham (Joey), of Monticello, NY; a nephew, Glen Bickham, Jr (Sham) of Rochester, NY, who was raised as a brother; one great uncle, Bishop Leon C. Walker of Syracuse, NY; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

Dennis you will never be forgotten.
