Hi. My name is Ricky Woodard and I have many fond memories of Buddy. Those memories date back to when I was a teenager learning to play bass guitar. I did quite a few gigs with him from then on and past those years of playing with him in the "Peg Leg Bates Country Clubs" show band. I am saddened by his departure. Just the other day, I was listening to one of his favorite songs (besides the blues) he'd love to play on his sax. "Soul Serenade". R.I.P. Buddy. I hope you have access to a saxophone in your new dimension.
