Rosemarie Fair of Monticello passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at the Garnet Health Medical Center in Harris.  She was 88.

 

The daughter of the late Angelo Piscionere and Frances Albanese Piscionere, she was born on June 20,1932 in Staten Island.  She was the widow of William T. Fair Sr. who predeceased her in 1996.

 

Rosemarie was a homemaker and also worked various jobs as her four sons were growing up.  She and her husband Bill retired to the state of Florida in the 1970’s and has always loved spending time with her family and friends.

 

She is survived by her four sons: William Fair Jr. of Monticello, Russell Fair and his wife Toni of Staten Island, Mark Fair and his wife Karen of Staten Island, and Robert and his wife Christine of Monticello; three grandchildren; Keith Fair (Annalisa), Lauren Fair, and Kerrilyn Angelo (Carl); two great grandchildren Dylan and Braden; two sisters: Catherine Massa and Edie Silletto (Anthony); a brother: Dominick Piscionere (Jean Rose); and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a sister Carolyn Burino & her husband Anthony.

 

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 24 from 12:30pm to 2:30pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home, 401 Broadway in Monticello. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 3:00pm at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Broadway and Liberty Street in Monticello.  Due to the current health crisis, social distancing guidelines must be met - a limited number of people at one time will be allowed in the funeral home and at the church, and facemasks are required. Following cremation, her ashes will be entombed with her late husband at Hollywood Memorial Gardens in Hollywood, FL.
