Obituary of Ella VonSteenburgh

Ella VonSteenburgh, a homemaker and longtime resident of the area, died Monday, November 9, 2009 at the Hoboken Hospital in Hoboken, NJ. She was 79.
The daughter of the late Robert Moore and Edna Kinne Moore she was born December 25, 1929 in Long Island, NY.
She is survived by a daughter: Shirley Winand; seven sons: William VonSteenburgh, John VonSteenburgh, Peter Ackerley, Timothy Ackerley, Patrick Ackerley, Michael Ackerley and Thomas Ackerley; a sister: Naomi Bolduc of Monticello; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter: Ella Ackerley in 1990.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2009 from 4-7pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home, 401 Broadway in Monticello. Her funeral service will follow at 7pm Thursday evening at the funeral home.
