Obituary of Dana Cleveland Grace
Dana Cleveland Grace, 49 years old, of Albany, New York passed away on Sunday, November 22nd, 2020 at Albany Medical Center.
Dana was born in Monticello, NY on January 5th, 1971 to the late Grover Cleveland Jr and Jerleane I. Cleveland.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories, her two loving daughters: Domianque Grace and Rosaland Knox of Albany; two grandsons: Noah and Kevin; two brothers: Michael Cleveland of Rensselaer, and Johnny Cleveland of Monticello; two sisters: Nancy Cleveland of Hyde Park, and Joyce Bennett (Demetrius) of Buffalo; one nephew: Shamoy Cleveland of Monticello; two nieces: Demetria and Love' Bennett of Buffalo; two surviving uncles: Richard Ellis of Monticello and George Ellis (Terry) of Poughkeepsie; four aunts: Armelda Bracey (Samuel) of Monticello, Mable Horace and Anniebell O 'Bannon both of Monticello, and Louise Bracey of West Henrietta; and a host of cousins and friends.
Dana, you’re very special and wonderful memories will remain in all our hearts and minds. You will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
Due to our current health crisis, burial will be held privately for the immediate family at Rock Ridge Cemetery in Monticello. A public memorial service may be held at a later date.
