Santa Grajewski of the state of Florida, formerly of Forestburgh passed away peacefully on September 21, 2009. She was 89. The daughter of the late Ricardo Grandinetti and Gina Asciutti, she was born January 28, 1920 in Italy. Her husband Anthony predeceased her. She was a nurse in Italy, Argentina and Canada as well as a nurse's aide at Community General Hospital in Harris, NY. She spoke several languages including Italian, Spanish, Polish and English. She is survived by two sons: Julian & his wife Elizabeth of Germany, and Stash & his wife Sheila of Forestburgh; a daughter: Anna Bush and her husband Robert Bush of the state of Florida; six grandchildren: Keir, Naomi, Janusz, Christopher, Emily and Grace; four great-grandchildren: Ewan, Morvin, Rebecca and Samuel. Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 9, 2009 at 11:00am at the Sullivan County Veterans Cemetery, Sunset Lake Road in Liberty, NY with Fr. Ivan Csete officiating.
