Lionel E. Rubin, a self-employed real estate agent from Monticello passed away on Friday, July 10, 2020 at Catskill Regional Medical Center. He was 83.
The son of the late Nathan Rubin and Lena Kneller Rubin, he was born August 15, 1936 in Monticello, NY.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years Carmen E. Rubin; a daughter Sarah Rubin Schultz; grandson Nathaniel and two cousins; Barbara Halio from Oceanside, NY and Lynn Waghhalter from San Antonio, TX.
Memorial Contribution can be made to the SPCA in Rock Hill, 104 Rock Hill Drive, NY 12775.
