Rosemarie Amann of Bloomingburg, a retired teacher and longtime resident of the area died Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at the ORMC - Horton Campus in Middletown. She was 64.The daughter of the late Martin Amann and Juliana Deger Amann, she was born May 29, 1944 in the Bronx.Rosemarie was a member of the Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Bloomingburg as well as Zonta and the Mamakating Seniors.She is survived by a sister-in-law: Joyce Amann of Parma Heights, OH; two nephews: Mark Amann and Scott Amann, both of Ohio; several cousins and many area friends.In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother: Martin Amann.Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 31 from 4 to 7pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 111 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, June 1 at 11:00am at the Our Lady of the Assumption Church, High Street in Bloomingburg. Burial will follow in the Bloomingburg Rural Cemetery.Memorial contributions can be made to the Mamakating First Aid Squad, P.O.
