Obituary of Dorothy Ann Henry

Dorothy Ann Henry of Ellenville died Friday, March 6, 2009 at the ORMC-Horton Campus in Middletown. She was 61. The daughter of the late Robert T. Comfort and Wilma Comfort, she was born January 11, 1948 in Middletown. She was the widow of Richard H. Henry Sr. who predeceased her on October 10, 1996. Devoted to her family, Dorothy was also a former employee of Imperial-Schrade in Ellenville and a member of the Community Church of Wurtsboro. She is survived by two daughters: Lisa Hilburgier & her husband Frank, and Jennifer Henry, all of Ellenville; a son: Richard Henry & his wife Jennifer of Ellenville; a grandson: Jack; her brothers: Henry Smith, Floyd Comfort and Charles Comfort; her sisters: Rose Hand and Susan Malcolm; and several nieces & nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a sister: Betsy Kehoe. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 9 from 5-8pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 111 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro. Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 10 at 10:00am at the Community Church of Wurtsboro, Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro with Rev.
