Rosana Connor of Wurtsboro, a retired nurses aide from New York City, died Saturday, February 14, 2009 at the Montgomery Nursing Home. She was 100 years old.The daughter of the late Peter Morgan and Rosanna Shiner Morgan, she was born November 3, 1908 in Wicklow Township, Ireland.A member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Wurtsboro, where she was involved with the Ave Maria Guild, Mrs. Connor was also a member of the local VFW Auxiliary, the Mamakating Democratic Club and the Mamakating Seniors. She is survived by a daughter: Rose Marie Lang & her husband George of Wurtsboro; 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.Visitation will be held on Monday, February 16 from 6-9pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 111 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro. Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 17 at 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the St. Joseph's Cemetery in Wurtsboro.Memorial contributions can be made to the Ave Maria Guild at St. Joseph's Church, P.O.
