Cassandra Anne Weronick"Cassie"September 19, 2005- February 4, 2009Spring Glen, NYIf there were ever an angel on Earth, it was "Cassie". On February 4, 2009, "Cassie" died at the Catskill Regional Medical Center, in Harris, she was 3 years old. "Cassie" had a magic about her that touched so many lives, and she was quick to put a smile on the face of anyone whom she encountered in her short life. Born on September 19, 2005 in Kingston, NY she will be remembered as a smart, polite, and happy child, "Cassie" will be deeply missed. She is survived by her beloved parents, Douglas & Lisa Weronick; her 2 brothers, Evan & Ethan; paternal grandparents, Diane & Ed Mues & Bill & Patricia Weronick; paternal great grandmother: Bernice Litterilla; paternal uncles & aunts, Peter & Karen Bartoletti, Jeffrey & Khammee Weronick (Andrew, Matthew), Billy Weronick, Daniel Mues, Cynthia Mink (Anthony, Michael), Lauren Weronick, Brandon Weronick, Robert & Mary Litterilla (Jordan, Shannon, Angela), Brian & Kathy Litterilla (Anthony, Shawn); Paternal Cousins, Jason (Liz Warren), Meilssa & Todd Lavin (Sarah, Zachary, Sophia), Great-Great Aunt, Barbara Kowalski; maternal grandmother, Patricia Davis-Venuti; maternal uncle, John Davis (Tracy); maternal aunt, Dakota Huber; Maternal cousin, Jessica Bonte, Maternal Great-grandparents, Bernie & Marie Romeo, Maternal Great-aunts, Maryanne & Ismael Martinez (Ryan, Adam); maternal great uncles, Michael & Colleen Romeo ( Nicholas, Joseph, Michael), James& Elaine Vigorito (Alexandria). She was predeceased by her grandfather, Peter Davis, great-grandparents, Patricia Vigorito, Margaret Davis, & John Davis.Family will receive friends on Sunday, February 8, from 5-8pm, at the VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home, 111 Sullivan St. Wurtsboro, NY 12790."Cassie's" funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, February 9, at 10:00am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro with Fr. Peter Madori officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph's Cemetery in Wurtsboro.Arrangements are under the direction of the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home of Wurtsboro.
