Obituary of Charly Ann Skala

Charly Ann Skala, the 16-month old daughter of Howard Lee Skala and Sherry Conklin Skala, died tragically on Sunday, November 16, 2008 at the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla.
Born July 18, 2007 in Middletown, she is survived by her parents and a sister: Stephanie, at home. Also surviving are her grandparents: Ava & Frank Skala, George & Darlene Conklin and Bobby & Eleanor Caston, as well as numerous great grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20 from 4-7pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 111 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro. Her funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21 at 11:00am at the funeral home with Rev. Robert Hewitt officiating. Burial will follow in the Bloomingburg Rural Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to "The Skala Family Fund" and can be sent to any of the First National Bank of Jeffersonville branches in our area.
