Obituary of Patricia Helen Willis

Patricia H. Willis, a lifelong resident of Monticello, passed away peacefully July 31, 2012 at the Sullivan Co. Adult Care Center in Liberty, NY. She was 87. The daughter of the late William F. Miller Sr. & Helen Holden Miller she was born on January 15, 1925 in Monticello, NY. Patricia was the owner and operator of the Country Fair Gift Shop from 1950-1963, which was located on Broadway in Monticello. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church & St Elizabeth's Guild. The family would like to extend a heart felt thanks to all the staff at the Sullivan Co. Adult Care Center for their support and care during Pat's time there. Survivors include her daughter: Patricia Willis of Burlington, VT; a sister in-law, Angela Miller of Wappingers Falls; and several nephews and Longtime friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 60 years John "Jack" Willis and her brother, William F. Miller Jr. Her funeral service will be held Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 11am at the St. John's Episcopal Church, St. John's Street, Monticello. Burial will follow at St. John's Street Cemetery also on St. John's Street, Monticello. Mother Ninon Hutchinson will officiate.
