Michael Joseph Norman passed on September 1, 2008. He was 57 years old. He was born to the parents of Pearlie Lee Norman and the late Aaron Norman on April 11, 1951 in Philadelphia, PA. He leaves behind to cherish, his wife: Bessie Norman of Monticello; one son: Michael K. Norman of Monticello; three daughters: Shipearl Norman of Georgia, Patricia Norman of Monticello and April Banks of South Carolina; and three grandchildren. He also leaves two brothers: Eltora Lee of Florida and Andrew Lee of California; three sisters: Gertrude Hayes & Regina Norman of North Carolina and Lisa Lee of Florida; six uncles, three aunts, one great aunt and uncle; and a host of nieces and nephews, as well as many friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the New Testament Church of Jesus Christ, 39 Clinton Avenue in Ellenville. His funeral service will begin at 1:00pm at the church with Rev, Raymond Younger officiating. Burial will follow in the Fantinekill Cemetery in Ellenville.
