Obituary of Laura L. Lazarowics

Laura L. Lazarowics of Monticello, died unexpectedly on Monday, August 4, 2008 in the village of Monticello at the age of 37.
The daughter of Sanford Lazarowics and Adelle M. Lapinski Lazarowics, she was born November 29, 1970.
A graduate of Monticello High School, Laura attended Middletown Beauty School and while attending classes, was employed by Mall Cleaners and Break Time Vending of Monticello. Laura enjoyed ballet, dancing, music of all kinds, playing the piano, ice-skating, swimming and television. Her favorite pastime, however, was keeping in touch with her many loving and devoted family of friends via the telephone.
She is survived by her parents: Sanford and Adelle Lazarowics; two aunts: Cathy Sardegna and Lillian Kroptovich of Duryea, PA; two uncles: Thomas Lapinski of Duryea, PA and Michael Lapinski of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; ten cousins; and many area friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7 from 7:00 to 9:00pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 401 Broadway in Monticello. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 8 at 10:00am at St. Peters Church, Broadway and Liberty Street in Monticello.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of ones choice.
