Jackie, Jackie, Jackie I am devastated to learn of your passing. The last we talked outside Stewarts I did decide to head to my home down South. If not for you those years at the Concord and other hotels we worked together it would have been really hard. You were the very first friend I had when I walked in that kitchen in 79! You made the best Omlettes! I always had that hotel connection when I talked to you and it brought me to a time when life was simple. I can't tell you how sad it makes me to learn you are gone. You said you would make it down south one day for good and I see you did. May you rest in peace my friend. My husband , who will miss your stories as well as checking those lottery numbers and shooting the breeze is as deeply sadenned of your passing. To your family...Jackie was a one of kind, when no one took the time to show me the ropes of the hotel he took the time and gave me an education on how to survive there. I cherish those memories. I am deeply sorry of your loss.

I was so sad to hear that you are gone....I've known the family since i was seven years old. You were a great father, husband and grandfather....You should be proud you have wonderful children, I hope i see you again soon.....with all my love god bless your family

Rest In Peace Daddy 13yrs, Wow. I am so thankful that God chose me to be your daughter, your last child, your baby girl. In your words " They thought that they were mad before, wait until they see this, Go get them babygirl". Lol, I miss you terribly but, am happy to stand on the fact that you raised a great women. Until we meet again. I love you...
