Frederick K. Robinson of Monticello, a lifelong resident of the area, died Sunday, November 4, 2012 at the Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown. He was 48.
The son of Frederick G. Robinson and Grace Heins Robinson, he was born July 27, 1964 in Monticello.
A lover of fishing, hunting and NASCAR, Fred was a member of the Monticello Elk's Lodge #1544, the National Rifle Association, and Shady Brook Hunting Camp.
He is survived by his wife: Julita, at home; his parents: Fred and Grace Robinson of Monticello; a sister: Deborah Saunderson & her husband John of Monticello; his grandmother: Florence Heins of Monticello; a nephew: Dylan; two nieces: Brooke and Taylor; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Family & friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, November 7 from 4:00 - 6:30pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home, 401 Broadway in Monticello. His funeral service will be held on Wednesday evening at 6:30pm at the funeral home with Rev. John Thomason officiating. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family.
