Obituary of Glenn Milton Crawford

Glenn Milton Crawford, a longtime resident of Rock Hill and Glen Wild, New Yorkpassed awaysuddenly on Saturday, January 5, 2008. He was 66. Glenn was a skilled masonry craftsman. He took great pride and pleasure in creatingspectacular works of art through his bricklaying. He was also a fan of boxing. Glenn is survived by his three children: Robert Crawford of Catasauqua, PA, Colleen Crawford DiChiaro of Tomball, TX and Barry Crawford of Loch Sheldrake, NY; seven wonderful grandchildren: Ryan Crawford, Dallas Crawford, Ben Crawford, Michael DiChiaro, Austin DiChiaro, Katherine Crawford and Brandon Crawford; four brothers: Ronald Crawford, Lawrence Crawford, Mark Crawford and Noel Crawford; several nieces and nephews; and a multitude of friends. He waspredeceased by his beloved parents: Sadie and William Crawford; two brothers: Jerome and Clinton Crawford. All of whom he loved more than life itself. Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 8 from 5:00 to 7:00pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 401 Broadway in Monticello. His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 9 at 10:00am at the funeral home. Burial will be held at a later date in the Glen Wild Cemetery.
