Obituary of George Frederick Osborne

George Frederick Osborne, a plumber & H.V.A.C. installer for Baker Plumbing & Heating, Bloomingburg, and lifelong resident of the area died unexpectedly, Saturday, November 10, 2007 at his home, he was 24. The son of George L. Osborne, Jr. and Mary A. Stout Osborne, George was born on December 4, 1982 in Goshen. An avid hunter and fisherman, George also enjoyed passing time playing his guitar and writing new songs and was known to be quite the cook. He also enjoyed the company of his childhood dog, Indy. He is survived by his loving parents, George and Mary Osborne, at home; 2 brothers, Fred Osborne of Bloomingburg, & Frank Call, of Wurtsboro; his sister, Melissa Call, of Bloomingburg; his grandparents, George L. Osborne Sr, and Violet Osborne, of Wurtsboro; uncles, Arthur Stout and his wife Pat, of Middletown, Robert Stout and his wife Mary Ann, of the state of Florida, and Tom DeNoyelles and his wife Joan, of New City; Aunts, Dolores Lynch and her husband Dean, of Bloomingburg, and Ellen Stout of Georgia; his best friends Tim Dunlap of the state of Florida, and Stacey Amelio of Middletown; as well as several nephews, great aunts and uncles, and cousins. George was predeceased by his grandparents, Frederick and Alice Stout. Family will receive friends on Thursday, November 15 from 5-8pm, as well as on Friday, November 16, from 10am-12pm. at the VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home, 111 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro. Funeral services will be held at 12pm on Friday at the funeral home with Rev. Robert Pinto officiating. Burial will follow in the Bloomingburg Rural Cemetery in Bloomingburg.
