Rosemarie Dolores Ditto, a homemaker and longtime resident of the area, died Friday, January 24, 2014 at the Achieve Rehab & Nursing Facility in Liberty. She was 77.
The daughter of the late Nicholas Perrotti and Florence DiTirro Perrotti, she was born September 26, 1936 in Brooklyn.
She is survived by her husband: Vincent, at home; a son: Anthony Ditto and his wife Donna of Palm Bay, FL; two daughters: Lynda Ditto of Cabot, AR and Patricia Ditto of Hallandale, FL; four grandchildren: Danielle, Kimberly, Nicholas and Jonathan; eight great grandchildren; and a brother: Sam Perrotti. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a granddaughter: Crystal Rose Nipitella; and a sister: Pauline Sodiekes.
Family & friends are invited to gather on Monday, January 27 from 5-8pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home, 401 Broadway in Monticello. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 28 at 10am at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Broadway and Liberty Street with Fr. John Tran officiating. Burial will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery in Liberty.
