Obituary of Sheryl G. Eggleston
Sheryl G. Eggleston of Monticello, a former horse hostler and lifelong resident of the area, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 in the Town of Thompson. She was 62.
The daughter of Shirley Grace Price Calhoun and the late Stanley George Calhoun, she was born September 7, 1957 in Monticello.
She is survived by a daughter: Brandi Gropp & her husband John; a son Ryan Poley & his fiancé Samantha Tehrani; a grandson: Gavin Poley; her mother Shirley; two brothers Stanley and Raymond Calhoun; her close uncle Donald Price; nieces Barbara Turick and Marilee Calhoun; and numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 26 at 11:00am at the Rock Hill Church of the Nazarene, 210 Katrina Falls Road in Rock Hill with Rev. Roy Shaffer officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Shirley Calhoun to help with any final expenses.
