First I would like to apologize for missing Clair's Memorial Service. I didn't see the paper until today.
I don't believe we met, but your father was the best man at my parents wedding and the four of them remained lifelong friends. They always met on Friday night at the "Victory" grocery store.
We're sending our deepest sympathy. Your Mother will be greatly missed.

My deepest condolences to the Hembdt family. I worked with Clare's son, Philip, before he retired and was always so very impressed with how close and caring the family was. So sorry for your loss.

I wish to send my sincere condolences to Clare's family. She was an incredibly sweet woman, and I knew her when I was Postmaster in Mongaup Valley. Her and George were very special people, always had a smile, and were a pleasure to be around.
